I embarked on my health and wellness journey completing my training in 1986, and then opening a beauty salon at the tender age of 21, quickly establishing myself as a dedicated therapist. However, a pivotal moment came at 26 when my mother’s stroke profoundly affected me, prompting a re-evaluation of my career path. This introspection led me to a significant opportunity at Harrods, where I excelled as a Business Manager for the innovative skincare brand Sisley, further honing my skills in sales, management, and spa training.

It was during my tenure at Harrods that I formed a connection with a French Countess, a regular client who introduced me to the concept of lymphatic drainage, a popular treatment in France. This encounter planted the seeds of curiosity, though at the time, I found resources and training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to be scarce. The idea, however, lingered and found its purpose years later when I witnessed the remarkable benefits of MLD firsthand through watching a specialist work with my daughter’s grandmother in her cancer recovery journey.
